  5. Liability Waiver: Amped-Up Rides, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, death, damage, or loss resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing from us, you waive all claims against Amped-Up Rides related to accidents, misuse, or negligence.
